    diets not the greatest. havent been workin out much lately, but thats soon to change, the weathers startin to cool off a little and im gonna get back to my old workout routine, i know back when i worked out for 1-2 hours a day i used to sleep much better and stayed in much better shape and still ate what i wanted.

    ive always had a little bit of insomnia, but here lately in the past few months its been really bad, i cant get to sleep for shit. seems like ill lay there starin at the ceiling fan for 3-4 hours before i get to sleep. and then i get 4 or less hours of sleep and im dead on my feet the next day. anyone else suffer from this bullshit? anyone know of ways to make it not be so bad.

    its only one battery, but i got a new alt, my uncle put it in when he was working on fixing a couple things under the hood, ill probably get it tomorrow if he gets the fans working again.

    game looks sick, i havent played one since pro street cuz my cousin moved out and took the ps3 with him. but hopefully before too long i can afford a ps3 and a nice lcd tv and be able to play some good games again.

    thanks, ill try a 10 amp charge overnight, ive always been told that a 2 amp overnight charge was the way to do it. but i know its the alt, it seized up today for a couple seconds, and lus the battery isnt even 6 months old hardly

    shit i know exactly what youre talking about. i sat in the fucking drive through for 15 minutes waiting on a drink and cheese sticks. and everytime i get food from there the fries are cold and the burgers are kind of soggy. i havent eat sonic in a while

    a friend of mine is planning on buying a pair of e8's from woofercooker on CA and wants me to do the install. we'll probably end up doing sealed because he needs all the cargo room he can have for his drums, but he wants a little bass. what kind of airspace does an e8 need sealed to perform well off of rated power?

    my cousin has a 96 civic and it needs a better battery desperately, he just needs something that will go back in the stock spot, and support about 600rms. so which one would work for him? i thought the d925 but idk if its too small.
