Was just at a beat shop and all they keep talking about was running Kicker subs and Hifonics Brutus amps likes its the best out and will get you the loudest. SMMFH

What does maxx wattage mean on a amp and should I stay away from a amp that says maxx watts? I seen a few that say 4000maxx wattage. Just wondering what that meant?

You want to look for true RMS watt ratings when looking into an amplifier. Usually a 4000 watt max amp will only truly do 2000 rms watts
