nope i tried to put my zx2500.1 @ 1 Ohm and it went right in to protect. there ONLY 2 Ohm stable.

i only use the old remote. it's like a tv remote you just remember all the buttons.

yes there is a pause button it took me awhile to figure it out, it's the prgm button. don't know why it just doesn't say pause like the older models did.

yea i just got a iPod for Christmas and when you plug it in you cant use the iPod you have to do everything off of the HU it takes time to get used to but i like it. and with the flash drive is awesome. you don't need CD's anymore.
