keep in minde... the only reason he had to write you a citation is because he had your shit towed! use that to your advantage. BTW when you signed the ticket it made it so the tow truck people are not responsible for any damage!!!

with that being said they will probally throw out the ticket also, but you are more than likely stuck with the repair cost. do this though keep any and all receipts from the repairs then after the judge dismisses your citation ask to adress him with the fact that they broke your car also! i would just be happy with the not getting a citation part.
