  1. yes...it has to do with a smoother transition from low pressure to high pressure(in the port)back to low pressure. =less turbulance and higher port velocity

  7. loose the jensen and epicinter is not the sollution its a bandaid. suggestion go to a music store and look at the ttypys of loud speafers used for rock reproduction and then look at the speakers used for car audio there are distinct differences. different types of spekers are better for specific ranges of the bandwidth. so decide what you listen to the most and build your system around thayt
  8. and use efficiant subs(edit... not subs but woofers) with a powerful amp running at 4ohm for less power cunsumption and no distortion. i know other peple are getting results other ways but this is just my sq suggestion
  9. take apart the mirror and clean off the reflective backing and mount in place. only works till you get loud enough to beat the shit out of the rear veiw

  12. putting a smaller displacement engine in a big truck hinders more than it helps. less tourque at the lower rpms that you willl be running at. put in the coalburner. but compare costs of the conversion verses buying one used. with the rise of deisel costs ive see a decline in the resale value of the used big trucks for example 2004-2006 ram 3500 for les than 20K. that is only what i have looked at. unless you have an awesome connect on the conversion it could cost about 7k once your done(for the deisel)
  13. if you can acurately line the front and rear wave off the subs then you will have zero cancellation and will have a higher reading on the sensor
