im running 15 rms to each; but only for short time at full tilt, 2-3 min before warm. but i have burped 3000 into them with adaquate time to cool with no problems id say bout 500 rms all day would work just let them take a break. remember power handliong is about the motors ability to get rid of the heat to survive

im using stainless allen set screws for the 4and 2guage as for the 1/0 and 4/0 i used bolts cut the heads off and cut a screwdriver slot

air forces plays at about 41 so you should be dead on if you are tuned from 35-38, maybe you are just a liitle small on air space. my box is tuned to 37 and i kill most of jeezys shit....gorrilla zoe has some stuff that is a little low for me, next build=28-32hz
