Always been an ATi fan myself. But I have owned several nvidia cards.. w.e gets those extra fps for the $$$.

Well like the title says.. sometimes when the mids are pumpin pretty good it pops off the grill on the right side. I was.wondering what might be the best method to fix this. It still needs to be removeable obvi but it would be nice not to have to fix it everyday. I looked through the orig packaging and found a little black adhesive strip.. is that what I use? I didn't use hardly any of the stock wiring etc so I must have skipped over that.. Thanks

I was thinking about this. I listened to them all the way home from work with the sub off to hear only the comps. I don't know what your definition of super freaking loud is but.. Seriously its very fucking loud and hurts my ears after a few minutes and I still have room to turn it up some.. I tried to take a video but of course the stereo Mic on my phone just destroys the quality. Idk maybe its how its set up. My tweets are mounted at the top of the door next to the a pillar. So its right at ear level. I wish I could take a video. But for the power I'm running its rediculous. I'm not saying its like crazy door swangin like wall full of speakers loud. I mean for what it is and like 30-40 watts of power I cannot believe how loud it is.

The midbass is ok I guess but that depends on the install. But my ears were ringing when I got out of my car.. But compared to hertz lol I wouldn't doubt what ur saying.. I've heard many comps but this is the first I've owned myself. For what I paid for em, ill take em over many of the sets I've spent time around. Never heard hertz though. But those are pretty up there aren't they? If the price is right I might consider taking that set off your hands..

I just finished installing my 6.5s ran off a cheap re audio 500.2 For like 50w their seeing.. Those boys scream! Jesus its nice. Off such little power I didn't expect too much but its nice. Just wanted to say that anyone thinking on these should go for it. And to think I could likely double the power ..

Just a question. What are gonna cross yours at? I've read some really low low settings like 60hz Seen sundownz say like 100hz A few of my friends are like no lower than 150hz.. Is 12db per octave a steep slope? What's average on a set of comps? Obviously I wouldn't be wise to run em like 60hz with only the minimal slope. Just trying to get it all figured out before I install myine in a week or so.

I saw this on caco.. I was wondering during free air testing what is the reactive imp like? obviously theres no box rise, so is it safe to assume your actually seeing ~1ohm ~3500w? either way its def way over 1k obvi i was jw what the actual power is..

It's gonna be exactlylike the other cods just an updated version of the same.. I can't spend $60 for zombies... Or can I? But they keep on putting out a rebadged slightly changed game every so often and people eat it up. Everyone I know who.got mw3 ..because I didn't .. said it sucks bad. Especially compared to mw2 to 1 Halo 3 was epic.. especially the story mode and the hidden skulls. Forge and way better game modes. The tdm meh its tdm just like cod. Reach and w.e the other one is was garbage. Halo 4 is.supposed to be the direct sequel to 3 and back to what was good about the.halo franchise. But zombies is epic.. idk what to do.

I mean recones are $40 bucks so go for it. But daily I mean what's the point.. sell em and buying beefier subs. I never liked maxing out equipment daily always gotta be ok the lookout to adjust things before they blow. I just like to relax and let it slam.. If you what ur doing 1k each easy but 1.5k is risky daily on a burp sure why not. But I bet they'd bite the dust sooner or later on 1.5

Well im toying with the idea of getting an sa8.. chevyboyz recone thread got me thinking ive ALWAYS wanted to recone a woofer too and everytime its either a cheap sub or there isnt any kits in stock etc.. so if i could pick up a sa 8 newer the version better obvi, recone it which would be awesome.. from the yardsale what are rec boxes for 8s? like .5 cubes net? what if im burping em on like 1500w Lol like .3cu net and how much port.. im just bored lately with car audio and looking into doing something new maybe ill sell my NS grab an 8 for the time being whilst i wait for the new x or ns v3 to come out.. thx btw

I'm using HTC sense v3 default browser. And I'm on full right now. You could just run passive and call it a day.. but generally if you're running active the mids need to be on a Sep channel or even amp with each having their own set of cross overs but I'm sure you already knew that. Space wise I always wanted to try sound digital nano series.. space is not even a remote issue with those...

Well the box is pushed forward right now so that I can mount the amp and not worry about it moving, but i can slide the box back as far as possible and flip the port and see what happens..
