David Posted September 24, 2007 Author Report Share Posted September 24, 2007 both the front and rear baffles will be black laquer, the top and sides will be charcolish carpet to match the rest of the trunk. thinking about painting the inside of the box with the high gloss black, I am behind on the build, I doubt I do the led inside the box, might contrast with the plexi/sticker?? all amps flushed in covered in carpet. David Posted September 29, 2007 Author Report Share Posted September 29, 2007 small update. the box is built except the back panel ( which houses the plexi) I will never paint another box without AIR. Duplicrap suxz balls damn I need some slicksand and a compressor. I also need a better sander, and a router. its not perfect but its close. no seamz. in this pic you can see a couple of imperfections, sometimes having just the right tool makes all the differrence it will get painted tomorrow and then all I have to do is the back panel/plexi and the box is done, then onto the wiring. With eyes closed I crouch for a minute and visualize either Arnie or the guy from the 2nd movie. I then start to hum the T2 theme. Slowly I rise to a standing position and open my eyes.
