It means using people in other countries who will work for lower than minimum wage to fill job positions at American companies. Its usually manufacturing jobs, or tech support, thats why when u call dell computers for instance....you are connected with a person in india. So far I have; employing the ceo's and such of these companies into harsh jobs such as miners that work in very dangerous positions and pay them horribly(ceo's) to show them what it is like on the other end of the scale. Constructing massive facilities/factories in the major cities of the nation to bring all the production work here and provide jobs. Eliminate the minimum wage laws to create competition; cutting down on the people living off unemployment. Remove unemployment checks to force people to work.
