Yeah I here that..My wife doesn't have a clue how to turn mine on..Plus she rarely drives it..Although she does like it... Yeah man..I think I can get those windows tinted when I can have alone time..She wants to talk to me and say hey look at this...Look at this..You know what I am sayin. A man can't concentrate with all that.

I can't wait to see when this is finished......

Hey Roscoe, I have the same thump/ whining problem when I turn my truck on. It'll whine no matter what, and it'll thump if you turn the car on slowly (two stages), but if you do it quickly it wont. You think an amp turn on delay would help or eliminate the problem?

That might work dirty, but my amp was messed up. Had a bad transistor and a broken solder. IT will be here Tommorow. I can't wait to get it up and running..Looking at speaker wire right now...8 guage for sure.

Looking ggoooooodd bro, and dirty, I just have that problem if Im slow.... 2 stage like you said, or the chevy radio on till door open is in effect and I dont open a door but start it back up instead. A delay may help, but I just try to make sure its off b4 I start the truck again....

Man I didn't even think of that..Damn man..Yeah I got it tinted up..15% on the back and 30% on rear sides and 35% on front..I am gonna put up something black on the 2 side windows so you can't see the wall..It is dark though..In the back you can't see in..That is really all I wanted in the back. As far as rear sides go might throw up some black poster board cut to the same size as the window to just blacken it up better. That way I can take it out if need be.

As far as Pro Tech...Man you can't beat em.. Lifetime warranty and they use top quality tint as well think it is Lumar..??

And that show..I might could do that..I will have to see if I am working..I will have the wall in by then for sure...Hopefully this weekend.

Awesome bro. I am going to make a thread here, and at caraudio.com in a few days so we can get a big meet together. LASt year from ca.com, we had about 10people.

When i first moved up here. 1 1/2 hours north of monroe, i wuld take my friends down to pro tech to show them the tomb of doom. Do they still have it set up? It's been a few years since i have been. I think it's 24 12's, and 15k on power. $1 to go in.
