BeAlLsTaR13
so far i've only got 1 run of kicker hyperflex for pos, and one run of GSI 100%OFC for my neg run i was considering either: taking my neg run and changing it to a positive run OR buying 16-17ft of knu KCA cable and add a second run of positive and keeping the negative run i have currently reason i was considering just changing my current neg run from front to back cause i never saw an increase with it or a decrease without it.. gonna be running a sax100.4 and a saz3500d for power, i was going to fuse each positive run (if i did 2) with 250a fuses, currently my single main run has a 300a fuse and i was also going to run 250a fuses in both power wires right before the second batt in the back (xs d2700) Quote Team Sundown Audio**CURRENT** -- 2012 Scion tC Build Click Here **OLD** -- 2002 Pontiac Grand AM Build Click Herecheck them out, slap me a comment2002 Pontiac Grand AM SE 2.2l 4 cylinder ecotec.-------------------------------------------------------------------Head Unit - Alpine CDA-9887Subs - 2x Z 12 v.2s - v.3 + NS Soft partsAmplifier - Sundown Audio SAZ-3500DEnclosure - 3.33 Cubes tuned to 34.66hzFront Stage - JBL P660c 6.5" ComponentsRear Deck - Powerbass 4xl 6.5" Mid-RangeFront Stage Amplifier - Sundown Audio SAX-100.4DWires - Kicker Hyperflex 1/0, KnuKonceptz 1/0, Knu 4 and 8 Gauge, Kicker RCAsElectrical - 275 AMP DC Power H/O Alternator, XS Power S3400, XS Power D2700Videos - http://www.youtube.com/user/BeAILsTaR13-------------------------------------------------------------------

Berto
If you buy the KCA then I think you should use the GSI as a positive run. OFC > CCA well either way at that point both power runs will be fused with 250a fuses which i most likely won't see a decrease, i used to use CCA and tbh when i upgraded i never saw any type of voltage increase in any aspect Quote Team Sundown Audio**CURRENT** -- 2012 Scion tC Build Click Here **OLD** -- 2002 Pontiac Grand AM Build Click Herecheck them out, slap me a comment2002 Pontiac Grand AM SE 2.2l 4 cylinder ecotec.-------------------------------------------------------------------Head Unit - Alpine CDA-9887Subs - 2x Z 12 v.2s - v.3 + NS Soft partsAmplifier - Sundown Audio SAZ-3500DEnclosure - 3.33 Cubes tuned to 34.66hzFront Stage - JBL P660c 6.5" ComponentsRear Deck - Powerbass 4xl 6.5" Mid-RangeFront Stage Amplifier - Sundown Audio SAX-100.4DWires - Kicker Hyperflex 1/0, KnuKonceptz 1/0, Knu 4 and 8 Gauge, Kicker RCAsElectrical - 275 AMP DC Power H/O Alternator, XS Power S3400, XS Power D2700Videos - http://www.youtube.com/user/BeAILsTaR13-------------------------------------------------------------------

If too much current flows throughout your wire it could melt the "jacket" and you car could look like the 4th of July. But with 250a I think you should be alright. Not 100% sure cuz I don't know what the KCA's amperage rating is Quote TEAM FLEX ISSUES Car: 1985 Oldsmobile Delta 88 Royal 24" Rims HU: 7" Carputer, Planet Audio EQ, iPhone. dugee81
I would personally think that the ground should be stronger than the power, but that's just me. 2 runs of positive can bring the current back, but its needs to return somehow. And if you have 1 neg, idk how efficient that will be. But I may be wrong.
