Ran both of them off of a Jensen 150watt amp. I actually built a bandpass box for two Sony XS-L121P5 (The Octagon) woofer and the Sony "1000" last year. It is actually 115x2 RMS @ 4ohms, and it is surprisingly powerful in his little Passat. Rumbled enough to make him happy.
