97SSBlazer
Sweet, on the TL sealed on dash I hit 146.7 @39hz. same for me on the rattles, TONS of flex but not rattles. I would like to see that thing on the TL after break in. We have a TL at my shop but my boss bought it from my friend so we have to use his laptop in order for it to work. I will give it a few days than I will meter it again. I would like to see your install lower tuning is just hard. I was surprised how loud 145 sounds at 35hz, and how quiet 145 sounds at 50hz. -= 2005 Tahoe LT =-Head unit: Pioneer AVH-X5500BHSSource: iPad Mini in dash Subs: 2 T1 12's Sub Amp: T1500-1bdCPWire: Rockford Fosgate 1/0 awgSignal Cable: MonsterFronts:Stock Bose for now:)Rears: Stock Bose for now:)MIds/High amp: Stock Bose for now:) 2005 Tahoe Build Log: http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/172529-2005-tahoe-my-17th-vehicle/ 2001 Monte Build Log: http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/160030-2001-monte-carlo-my-16th-car-lol/page-2#entry25309381997 Tahoe Build Log: http://www.stevemead...oe-6-15-rf-15s/2001 Impala Build Log: http://www.stevemead...katzkin-inside/
97SSBlazer
Time to change the sig BTW what did the final dimensions come out to? How hard was it really to get the box in there? 35.5 X 35.5 X 14. I just had the box wrapped and it was a BIT*H to get back in, the box carpet grabs the trunk carpet so it was difficult to install and keep it clean. The box now looks like this lower tuning is just hard. 7jezuz7
Real nice! It can be difficult to put the box in, I know, mine has a bit smaller dimensions and I have to take it in and out myself and that's with no subs in, I imagine you're doing this with them in already. Congrats on the score and the hair trick! This really bums me out though because I though for sure I would be in the low 40 db's but maybe it's high 30's so I gotta put some work into it starting with saving up for an alt haha An Audio Technix 18" Strato on a Kicker KX120.2 My Youtube Bass Vids Updates When Possible... Quiet
It really wasn't that bad, it just kept catching on the trunk lip Looking at my trunk, that's what I was afraid of... I think I'll take a stab at removing the striker before I load my box. Time to change the sig BTW what did the final dimensions come out to? I'll definitely have to get a demo one day I like the orange accent inside the port and on your intake cover... it's the little things that make it. 2007 Pacifica Rebuild. Less quiet. Still not loud. Thanks man, I ruined a pair of white K Swiss's painting the ports LOL. I did have to remove the striker to get them in, Even with that the middles sub touches the top of the trunk while installing the box. There is NO way to install the subs after so its a good 200 LBS. Im very impressed with the Audio in the car now, The interiors sound great, the fiberglass back dash works great. The subs are bery loud, LOW, and aggresive lower tuning is just hard. 97SSBlazer
After much debate me and LilTeddyP came up with this amp rack, I was willing to potentially lose a little output to have a CLEAN install, He how ever wanted something that would still look good but not block any more pressure than we had too. What do you think? lower tuning is just hard.
