monkeyleg
Wow, thanks, now I have to buy some Sundown subs. So what is the difference acoustically and air-movement wise from the other 12's? Google it
BeAlLsTaR13
Wow, thanks, now I have to buy some Sundown subs. So what is the difference acoustically and air-movement wise from the other 12's? well its hard to compare a "600w" woofer with a "1500w" woofer, i was throwing 3500w at the pair of sa12s, and now 3500w to the z12s. The sa12s are said to reach their SPL peak at about 1000-1100w rms each, so any more than that its not gonna do any good, the direct swap these z12s of course play a lot louder Team Sundown Audio**CURRENT** -- 2012 Scion tC Build Click Here **OLD** -- 2002 Pontiac Grand AM Build Click Herecheck them out, slap me a comment2002 Pontiac Grand AM SE 2.2l 4 cylinder ecotec.-------------------------------------------------------------------Head Unit - Alpine CDA-9887Subs - 2x Z 12 v.2s - v.3 + NS Soft partsAmplifier - Sundown Audio SAZ-3500DEnclosure - 3.33 Cubes tuned to 34.66hzFront Stage - JBL P660c 6.5" ComponentsRear Deck - Powerbass 4xl 6.5" Mid-RangeFront Stage Amplifier - Sundown Audio SAX-100.4DWires - Kicker Hyperflex 1/0, KnuKonceptz 1/0, Knu 4 and 8 Gauge, Kicker RCAsElectrical - 275 AMP DC Power H/O Alternator, XS Power S3400, XS Power D2700Videos - http://www.youtube.com/user/BeAILsTaR13-------------------------------------------------------------------

Doesnt look like they're sealed off yet, plans to completely seal from trunk? yeah not sealed yet i'll do it eventually when im not lazy lmao would like to do it without using spray foam though I have heard some people use inner tubes for like bike tires and put them around the box and inflate them to seal the trunk off. Easy to remove that way too also could try using pool noodles to wedge in there.
