Is this a good match?

I'm going to be putting a DD9512 and a Rockford T2000.1 in to a 2000 Grand marquis with a Yellow Top in the front and one in the back on a stock alt for now with big 3. Its going to be in 2.8^3 after displacment Box port up sub up in the trunk. Im going to be runing it at 1 ohm.

Do you guys see any flaws in this or any ideas before i start cutting? I already have the amp and sub and will start building hopefully next weekend.

All looks pretty except that it a trunk build and you want to do sub up port up? Thats massive trunk rattle waiting to happen. I would either seal off the trunk from the cabin and do sub and port forward or just do the typical sub back port back.

I cant seal it off from the trunk. So would it be louder to the ear with it port back sub back? Also i forgot to add its gonna be tuned 33Hz.

whenever i have my system port back and sub back its way louder than sub and port up, mind you i drive an 03 MGM

If you've seen the trunk of a Grand Marquis/Crown Vic you'd see why he's going sub up/port up. It's pretty much all you can do. Yeah it's big as hell but shaped weird to allow for the watts linkage rear suspension.

To the OP, lots of second skin or dynamat or whatever you can... that wide trunk lid will suck up some dbs so stiffen it as much as you can.

With how much depth (front to back) he has, the sub would probably be too close to the rear to load properly and would probably shift his tuning a higher. There's only about 18 to 24 inches of depth there, i'm working off memory so I'm sketchy about the exact measurement but it's close.
