04 GTO System 4/17 UPDATE Pg.4 06 GTO 500RWHP

Recommended Posts

Where did you take the wire through the fire wall because I couldn't find anywhere on mine that I could fit 0 gauge through other than maybe the hole the hood release goes but my 4 gauge takes a lot of that up so I don't think 0 gauge would fit.

I like the bass knob position that's where I was planning on putting mine when I get an amp with a bass knob.

Why didn't you just go through this hole in the back wall for running the wire:

ill get you a pic of where i ran the wire tommorow i ran it through a thing on the passenger side it is like a big rubber grommet that passes i guess its the heater hose i had to cut through it to pass the 0 gauge but it fits nice and tight. also i didnt remove the side panels so i didnt see those holes there lol.

Alright sounds great. People were talking about it on ls1gto but when I looked couldn't really figure out where to run the wire. I posted on the thread asking for pics and no one ever posted back unfortunately.

I can see how you'd miss those holes. I had a shop wire my car the first time so they found it for me.
