what are the dimensions of the box if you dont mind me askin? and whats it tuned too? for the 12

It is 12.5H x 28w x 18d. Its 1/2" mdf on top an bottom, so use 13" as height on the box calc. The port is tuned to 35.xx. Its about 1.65 cu ft after all displacements.

its a 4th order just because its tuned in the 40z doesnt mean it wont reach down and jiggle your balls at sub 30 hz frequencies.

Thanks homie. That would be cool to to get a feel of how it will sound. I'll let you know when its built and in the car. I may need your help with the sealing off as well.

1/4" angle iron bracing, top and bottom.

Don't have the tools to round my port edges, so I made some edges out of base-board molding. 3/4" quarter-round for the 90 deg edge. 2 3/8" quarter-rounds glued together for the end of the port. I'm using a piece of crown-molding(fucking expensive) for my 45's.

Port built, sanded and installed. Just needs the 45's added and bracing bolted in. Then the top goes on, sub hole gets cut, and I can test fit it and start working beauty/sealing pieces.
