OrionStang Posted May 22, 2011 Author Report Posted May 22, 2011 1/4" angle iron bracing, top and bottom. Don't have the tools to round my port edges, so I made some edges out of base-board molding. 3/4" quarter-round for the 90 deg edge. 2 3/8" quarter-rounds glued together for the end of the port. I'm using a piece of crown-molding(fucking expensive) for my 45's. SMD Super Seller My Feedback Thread
OrionStang Posted May 22, 2011 Author Report Posted May 22, 2011 Solid oak crown molding. 15 bucks for 2 feet. Most expensive 45's ever! SMD Super Seller My Feedback Thread
OrionStang Posted May 23, 2011 Author Report Posted May 23, 2011 Port built, sanded and installed. Just needs the 45's added and bracing bolted in. Then the top goes on, sub hole gets cut, and I can test fit it and start working beauty/sealing pieces. SMD Super Seller My Feedback Thread
