As stated, maybe a different enclosure will provide a more pleasing response, or allow the drivers to shine on the given power. Honestly I'd look to the AQ2200 Where can I look into the aq2200? Scrapmanson
What if I was to get another 1200d and through 1 at each speaker or strap them?
corey0928
I sent you a pm. And also your ohm load wouldn't match with a second amp. And I don't think the 1200s are strappable Edited March 21, 2011 by corey0928
Scrapmanson
I think the sax1200 is strapable, although not positive? Why wouldn't ohm load match?

corey0928
Ohms wouldn't match because I assume you have d1 or d4 coils to wire to 1 ohm. Well if you had 2 amps you'd be running each amp at 2 ohms if you wired separately so 600 out of each amp. Or if you strapped tthem they would be strapped at 1 making it a .5 ohm load for each amp Edited March 21, 2011 by corey0928
