They have the serial numbers, proper paper work, right symbols, and the right accessories. I have listened to them as much as possible since i got them. they cancel so much noise and with all the different sets of buds your almost guaranteed to have a fit for you. Good range and balance. I am listening to them off of my comp and they get super fucking loud lol. But you dont need them to be loud because of how nice they sound. Great deal here guys. I also wore them while i detailed my blazer earlier and they didnt fall out at all. Great great sound quality.
