hershy314 Posted April 10, 2011 Report Posted April 10, 2011 Really the Taurus wasn't meant to be a fast car by any means. I own a Taurus myself and honestly I think its a great car. It could use some balls for sure, but they handle great. The other day I hit a corner going 80 and the car went around as if I was going 45, it was just so smooth. slow240sx Posted April 10, 2011 Report Posted April 10, 2011 I just went to a road course and ran my brothers taurus sho with him on the track. It did ok but even thou he got upgraded brakes they were still gettin hot and smoking. U could get one of those yamaha engines & put in it. Its not real fast but faster than average car and blows most hondas and stuff like that away(unless they got a lot of mods). Some guys in his car club got turbos and 1 got a supercharger in it.
