Supercharged DCs
Well I've decided on what amp I'm going to run on my SC DD3515f. It's going to be the Aq1200, as it's the best amplifier in my budget and my electrical system can't handle much more. I'm planning on getting a 4gauge amplifier kit from KnuKonceptz, but I have no idea what wire to run from the sub to the amplifier. If I remember correctly the speaker wire from the 3515 is 10gauge, so would I need to run 10gauge from it to the amplifier, or would 12gauge suffice? Also, if anyone has a link to some 10gauge speaker wire, please post it As always, thanks for any information! Quote Bassless once again. blownengine
Do you have either size already? If so I would say use whatever size you have. They are so close size wise. But if you need to buy some get the 10. DannyV18
12 gauge is plenty, but if getting 10 gauge sits better with you then by all means get it.

Supercharged DCs
I don't have any speaker wire as of yet, so I guess I'm going to go with 10gauge! My link I don't know why I didn't think of KnuKonceptz lol, do you have an idea of how much wire I would need? Quote Bassless once again. Supercharged DCs
Well I don't have the amp yet, and don't have the sub in it's box yet, so maybe a rough estimate? I want to order everything at once if I can. The box is sitting on the back seat of a Dodge Dakota club cab and the amp will be sitting on the floor. And the SC stands for SuperCharged, look at my avy It's a new option they have, it's said to increase the efficiency of the motor or something, making it like the next line in the series (example would be SC3515=9515) but doesn't increase the power handling of it to that of the 9515. DannyV18
Give yourself 12-15 feet. It's not expensive and extra wire don't hurt!
Supercharged DCs
If I order 12ft or so, would it all come in one 12ft cable or would it be twelve 1ft cables?
