Ive heard you and many people 1000 times say Pioneers are nitorious for RCA's when they are not... Infact 90% of the time it's USER ERROR. They have a small ground fuse on the board in the HU sometimes they pop from incorrect setups or running your stuff too hard, almost 100% of the time this has prevented Fires in peoples vehicles, STOP blaming pioneers they are decent HU, it just turns out I havnt had great luck with them

unhook your rca from your woofer amp and put the rca from your mid/high amp in there to see if it does it not always a great idea but it will give you ideas if its your preouts off the head unit. you could also separate your grounds to different spots on your seat instead of same one.

I forgot to mention that I tried that, I was running the woofer off the output preamp for a day and it worked FINE im almost 100% it's NOT my headunit. Also I'd heard grounding on the SAME bolt is the way better than 2 different ones. that makes me think if the output worked on my subwoofer its NOT my HU OR RCA's... So that's outta the question I believe.

You think I don't know what re issue is? Its not user error its a design flaw. If you are 100 percent certain then its speaker or amp

well then im going to have to say speaker wire issue if your pre outs are fine and both amps do the same thing take all your speakers and wires out start from scratch with a thicker wire i use big gauge kicker speaker wire since its twined together inside another loom monster cable is also the same just cheaper

had this exact problem in my friends infinity. Where a speaker would crackle and pop but the sub is fine and we pull the headunit and put mine in and everything worked perfectly. the inside (positive) of the pre outs in the back of the deck was messed up and it crackled the speakers bad

this may be the issue just my .02
