CJ18 has one and has spent HOURS if not days on the phone with Kicker techs, so maybe he will see this as well, but yes IMO Boon would be the one to ask. He hasnt been very active recently though.

Says 10,000 watts RMS @2 ohms...I know that they are power hungry beasts though too

Not really power hungry. I have mine on 4 batteries and a 250a alt and it usually stays over 12v.

The Warhorse amplifier requires at least two (2) 200-ampere-output-capacity alternators

Eight identical, high-quality, 800-cold-cranking-ampere (cca), 12-volt batteries are

recommended to power the WX amplifier.

that info is straight from kicker sounds like your under powering yours bro.

That's what they recommend, do you HAVE to have that? No. Do I plan on upgrading my electrical? Yes.

I'm just saying that you don't really need so as much as a lot of people think you need.

And just to show that you don't really HAVE to go with what Kicker says, the guy @ Forbidden Tattoo said he called Kicker to ask about impedance and they told him the amp won't even turn on if it's wired under 2ohms on each side. Yet, he ran his @ .7ohm each side with no problem, til his amp got wet.

Total power to the sub was just under 5k.

Wired down to a load kicker was even dumfounded it worked.

U might get more it u put some alts behind it with a big bank.
