Can someone explain all this to me im not sure how to do it and what it all does. And 0 gauge is bigger wire. So it just provides less resistance. It wont really "increase your power" exactly. By using bigger wire you are allowing more electrical current to flow through with less resistance. Next you carefully strip one end of it and crimp on a proper terminal. Then you sprint as fast and as hard as you can till you collapse out of exhaustion. It increases power by building stamina.
