Traks Posted April 14, 2011 Report Share Posted April 14, 2011 Also a while back (a few years)Ford Explorers had a recall. I think it was for the hinges on the glass. It didnt have padding or something. Think it was just hinge on glass. So if he didnt have the recall done its possible. Hell our Ford store replaced a few from people just driving around hitting a bump just wrong.
