how much power is this on? did i miss it?

with rise he said 4k ;)

:shok:

cant really blame the t600 for blowing off that much power.

but we can blame the T.2000

especially whne a 500w rms sub took the same thing, twice and didnt blow

and did a better score :)

well, i mean, clearly the AA subs are better but can you blame a 2000w sub for blowing off 4000w?

praise the little AA sub, for sure.

So you don't think a sub rated at 2000 watts rms should be able to handle a 4000 watt burp for 2 seconds when 500-600 watt subs did it with no problem... come on man

if i make a car and tell you it should have a top speed of 90mph and you take it up to 120mph, does that make all other cars suck because they can only do what they say? nope. does it mean ill buy the car with the price of a honda civic and speed of a lexus? absolutely.

i have no love for T3, but lets be fair.

If I answered you in a well mannered, informative way, you asked a good question or had a good attitude. If I was an asshole, you asked a stupid question or you had a fucktard attitude... or I was in a bad mood.

underrate?? there aren't any companies around here who do that :peepwall:

Exactly! If anything, they would OVERrate. Take Sundown amps for example...

Haha

in all fairness your also using the power its rated at for a daily pounding on music so what should it handle for short burps then?

who says? rms just means, root mean squared. daily isnt in that equation. just because other companies do it the way you are talking about doesnt mean its the standard or a requirement.

skittles, i beg to differ that is the standard, i cant think of any sub that is sold with the rms referring to what it can take for burps only. plus why would any company do that it makes no sense since the consumer usually looks to the rms rating for what power to give the sub, so to rate it anywhere other than a safe number would be stupid
