Tone when @ complete stop

Recommended Posts

When I roll up to a stop light and at a compelte stop my subs are making a low volume tone. For example it makes the sound your subs would make on volume 2 on HU. It is only when i am at a complete stop though, as soon as i let off the gas and start moving it no longer makes the sound? Should i ground the rca's? I just noticed it and havent gotten the chance to tinker with anything yet(OHIO WEATHER FTL)

Bang em if you got em

Sounds like a ground loop. Are your power wires close to your RCA's?

My friend also had this problem. It was a bad RCA plug. When you wiggled the connection the sound went away.

Maybe the sound is drowned out by road noise?
