Winn
Alright well my dad got a nice camper but the only thing wrong with it is that the brake lights stay on ALL the time and everytime we do something or it sits there you have to undo the negative on the bat... How would you fix this? I want the brake lights to work normally. Anyone know about this? Quote You know how you avoid that? jsawdy212
more details would be great... but it sounds like the break lights are directly grounded to the frame of the camper so when the negative of the battery is connected it completes the circuit and turns the break lights on. use goolge and pull up the lights wiring diagram trace everything down. somebody did something stupid with the lights. speedball1978
check the wiring in the rear light housing.. sometimes it can be due to bad grounding that keeps the lights on
bassinblazer
check the wiring in the rear light housing.. sometimes it can be due to bad grounding that keeps the lights on x2 It sounds like you have a bad ground or someone didn't wire something correctly. Check the Pin connections for the camper brakes and brake lights and verify all the grounds are good. Sounds to me like someone wired them up constant instead of to the rear tail lights like they should be, could also be the issue. Quote BassinBlazer JL[RF][Kenwood][AQ] I need a new amp!
