Jmoney2544
Looks good to me. i see u use knu 1/0 on the cresendo 3k. that amp calls for a 300 amp fuse when your power wire only supports 250 amps. you think u losing a lot of power? 2 Runs brother. i thought it only had 1 1/0 gauge input? bassinblazer
Is the second 250 necessary right before it goes into rear batt? Not really, but if you want to be extra safe about it sure, why not... Quote BassinBlazer JL[RF][Kenwood][AQ] I need a new amp! Sell me your amp! jizazz12
Not really sure, I do know that 3KWp stays cool doesn't get hot and my voltage sits rite around 13.9/14.2 so up to this point i haven't had any issues at all with my electrical. looking to get a third batt in the back soon tho as a matter of fact i have another 5100 on order when this one comes in i will be hitting up tool maker to order some custom terminals for the Crescendo. Blackedout
No need for the ground on the rear to the chassis. Wouldn't be a bad idea to throw a fuse before the 4 channel. My setup looks exactly like your diagram, fuses before every amp though.... whether they have internal fusing or not. Not really, but if you want to be extra safe about it sure, why not... I run a fuse right at the front battery and thats it. Im a daredevil. Heck yes you do. you cant just set a battery there with power going in to it and not be ground. without it being ground you would only be running the system on the front battery. bdubii
You should def have two fuses between the batteries like you do in the diagram. And also like mentioned above I wouldn't mix two different types of batteries together. But if you do you should use a battery isolator so that one battery doesn't drain the other one.
