which amp is the best value?

Recommended Posts

Just need a little bit of help deciding which mono amp is the best value for the money out of the following list. I recently bought an Autotek M2500.1D and was very disappointed with it as a whole so now I'm here asking for advice so I don't go down a wrong path again lol.

I will be using one of these to power two 10" Fi X D4ohm subs with the intention of possibly upgrading to some AQ SD2.5's later.

Thanks.

I have a feeling that most people here will say rockford out of that list and I would also

I was kinda leaning that way as well since that amp is extremely underrated, not to mention one of the most efficient model of amps around.

My link , go with the 750 or 1200

Very tempting but I'm doing an exchange with sonic since that's where I bought, and am now returning, the aforementioned AT 2500.

Those subs are either single 4ohm or single 2ohm so those amps listed may not be what you need, i had an alpine mrp500 and was a really good amp for the price i paid so i'm partial to alpine. If you have the S4's then wire it to a 2ohm load.

Mooooooooorrrrrrreeeeeeeeeee Powwwwwaaaaaa, go with the big Hifonics, set gains with an oscope. Maby in a onetime you want to switch ur sub or subs´s than you have a strong amp, can fire an XL or so. Only 20 higher than the RF, more options, one thing maby the RF have a better used resell price.
