Stee-Z
I was wondering what I would all need to do to install 26" rims on a 1999 escalade. You cant just put them on right? you must have to do some sort of modifications to it i think? hdorre
An upgraded Suspension, a big brake kit, and one more thing are recommended. Hopefully it'll come to me... BeatBox
aslong as you have the right wheels and the right tire is should just bolt on your prob gonna have to run a 30 series tire, 25 series would look too small, worked on a tahoe the other day like a 99 with 30 series tires and they fit just fine
Stee-Z
wouldn't you need to do something about the wheel well? or would it not grind on it? BeatBox
wouldn't you need to do something about the wheel well? or would it not grind on it? you should be alright the wheels u get will most and likely be a little wider, so they will stick out past being even with the fenders, if u hit a dip hard then im sure it would bottom out but from normal driving u should be ok. im thinking youll have at least a good 4-6inch of clearance from top of tire to the lip of the fender
chevyhoe08
most likely you will have a little rub in your inner fender liner. but nothing to worry about, it will ride just fine. 2-18" Fi Btls 2-RF T2500-1bd box 14cu.ft after displacement tuned @ 32hz. MaliBOOM
I rub a little and my ride is actually the same imo. My brakes and suspension is just fine too I wouldn't worry unless you feel, see, or hear a problem www.TheAutoSkin.com MaliBOOM v2"2010 Bagged Malibu on 20s"<< click here<<< Excursion on 42s Build log<<Click here<<< Instagram-@theAutoSkinRyan @TheAutoSkin Owner of The Auto Skin
