SPLVan Posted April 30, 2011 Report Posted April 30, 2011 In my new build im gonna be running a 800w 4ch amp and a 1000wRMS monoblock amp. i currently have a middle of the road battery under the hood. should i get another battery and put it in the back? and if i do. i dont think ill be getting a XS or kinetic battery unless i can find one under $100. so would a brand new battery with about 650 cold cranking amps do the job?
