MACnonsence6 Posted May 2, 2011 Report Share Posted May 2, 2011 well i got my recone from fi today it almost looks like they hooked me up with a flatwound coil cause the coil isnt rounded at all nice and flat but everything went together perfectly and so smoothly i was actually suprised used jb weld quick and everything stuck first try got close pins on the surround nothing on the spider atm its stuck snug. just figured id share with everyone my moment of happyness Quote I picked up an MTX Sw1212 powered subwoofer today. siccostyle Posted May 2, 2011 Report Share Posted May 2, 2011 Jb weld should set fairly quickly (4-6 hours) but will take up to 15 hours to fully cure (depending on the mixture). Just give more time if its not set yet.
