Work is buying me a company phone and my choices are at the bottom. 4 year long iPhone user and excited for the change but don't know a damn thing about Android phones. Just from reading descriptions I'm leaning towards the HTC Evo on Sprint. Please let me know which one and a reason or two why

Poll is working for me...choices are:

HTC Inspire (AT&T)

HTC Evo 4g (Sprint)

HTC Evo Shift 4g (Sprint)

Droid Pro (Verizon)

Droid Incredible (Verizon)

I have an Incredible and LOVE it. I got it last June, and cant complain. It hasn't frozen on me once, and I'm a pretty damn avid user. I love the trackpad too. It's nice for web browsing and text editing on SMD.

My mom has the Evo. The keyboard is a little different than mine. I don't like it. Then again, I'm not used to it. The bigger screen makes a significant difference for web browsing, but the lack of a trackpad is disappointing.

My mom has the Droid Incredible and its not that great... I would get the Motorola Droid 2. So out of those I would say the Droid Pro.

Get the evo! Huge screen fast phone easy to use. The SMD forum is really easy to use on it also. The only bad thing is the sprint network sucks and they are still building 4g towers. Where i live the network is pretty good.

No car at the moment.

New system:

Crescendo bc2000d

Carquest NGT battery (back)

Any 4 g phone... Its stupid fast

Yeah, if he gets 4g service in his area.

I wouldn't just get "any 4g phone." If you dont have the processor or virtual memory (RAM) to support the fast data speed, it may not be that much better than a 3g phone with optimal hardware
