Aq2200d or dc 2k

Pretty sure they are both built in the same house just put different housings, AQ or DC thats a good question, I have a 15' DC XL and bought a AQ3500d but I got it when DC didn't have their amps out yet.

Final Answer: go with the DC it matches the subs, plus if you look close enough the bass knobs are exactly the same between both amps!

I am almost positive that i am going to go with the dc, im running stock alt, and stock battery tho will this cause an issue?

Im not proud to say it but I am running a AQ3500d on stock alt, but I do have the big three done with o-guage. I will get a new alt soon, but I also have a reg batt with a kinetik batt in the rear. I dont see a big problem as long as you don't wang at the stop light and you are going to put a new alt in soon.

The price I got on the new DC was a lot more then my aq and my pai was only 300.

Who did you get your quote from? The 3.5k from dc can beat the aqs price

He's looking at the 2200d, not the aq3500 vs DC 3.5k pricing
