working at a new install for my 91 prelude.

not that much space in a lude but i can get aprox 6 cubic ft no problem.

looking at the re 18" that claim 4 cu ft sealed but running the numbers yeild 6.8 cu ft

anybody running these subs that can give me an idea how big a box they need for real?

ported. from 5-8 cuft depending how much power you gonna feed them. i got a RE HC 18 for sale. D1

im pretty sure the op wont even notice if it gets even smaller.

i kno that they like big boxes i had my 12 in a 3 cube box and it sounded great

really depends on how much power your running

i was thinking on around 1500 watts at 1 ohm and get a dual 2 ohm 18". just one sub is all i need as sq is my goal. just deep extended low end i don't care what db it will reach.

carlosg_313 how much for your 18"?

also i'm in canada so shipping will be a bitch
