Im actually replacing it with a DD Unit the 4300dvd and relocating the dex-p99rs above the air condition vent im in the process of making it now will post pics soon. the1uwannab Posted May 20, 2011 Author Report Share Posted May 20, 2011 Good news about SOTM as long as I let everyone know that the shop I run is owned by my dad and I am not a professional installer by any means actually I'm up in sales lol its just a hobby i got into after being around it so long and I'm doing this build in my garage not at my shop just to let everyone know I can enter SOTM. Here is the relocation of the head unit and new video head unit plus some shots of the interior I fiber glassed the kit so it looked like one piece i hate the trim rings they come with The relocation mold I forgot to take a before pic but here is a factory jetta mine doesn't have the vent shutter on top though. here is the new look Here are some interior shots as well with the screens (will post better pics) Gonna try and finish doors soon so will post new pics so keep tuned in.
