RooTxBeeR
K so I know most of the materials needed to build a box. 3/4 in. MDF, Silicon quake, wood glew and screws. My question is what is the paint people use on the inside of the box to smoothen it out, also forgot about sand paper to get roundness to all my corners. blownengine
A router that does the sub holes makes rounded edges also? It can round edges and cut holes if you have a circle jig. You don't NEED to do anything to the inside of the box, be it paint or otherwise. But if you are looking to squeeze numbers out of your setup then its worth it. bumonskateboard6
A router that does the sub holes makes rounded edges also? I really wanna put this in my signature...a router is one of the most versatile tools in the shop and does a lot more than cutting holes and making rounded edges. A round over bit will make your round edge, they come in different sizes, chose one based on the amount you want rounded. I am not ever competting, but I would like to get as much out of my box as I can, and I was not talking about resin.
