Duece22
I bought this Amp offline 2 days ago, and im planning on running it to 2 15' SPLs. Do u guys think the amp would b too much? Or is there anything i could do to make sure that it doesnt blow the speakers. 2008 Hummer H3 x2 Sundown Audio Nightshade V2 12s x1 Sundown Audio 3000D
gotFI?
it all depends on the subs. dvc or single? if dvc, 4 or 2 ohm? we need alittle more info here.
AI James
becareful with gains as a rule with any setup. expect about 2000-2200 out of the amp and again be careful with gains

Duece22
I honestly dont know exactly what type of SPL 15's they are. I got them about 3 years ago from a local dealer. Right now im running a 600 watt SPL amp on them, its barely pushing them at all. You can just barely see the subs moving. But, im sure that means i need a bigger amp, so hopefully this one will do me good. Here is a pic of the 15's to see if u guys notice what they are. 2008 Hummer H3 x2 Sundown Audio Nightshade V2 12s x1 Sundown Audio 3000D
dwright27
yea. i know those, dont remember the ratings but i heard them in a shop around here and wasnt that impressed, but then again he had spl subs and audiobahn amps, so whatta you expect. although he praised by the subs. im pretty sure they are alot like the power acoustik subs, cause the spl 3000 watt amp is almost identical to the power acoustic a3000db. 2006 F-150 4 DC XL M2 18's Walled Daily Driver XS Power 4 DC 3.5kw Team DC Team S.P.L. dmanson
Do u think the amp will blow the subs? give us some info on the subs like whether they are dual 2s or dual 4s. that way we can see what you'll be running your amp at and go from there. regardless you should be okay ............. set the gains right and you'll be straight. 2-DC 15XLM2 D.7s 1-DC 5K amp (1) XS Power D6500(UNDERHOOD) and (1) XS3000(REAR) 3 runs 1/0ga for power and 2 runs of 1/0ga for negative.
