ItsAJeepThing
So im going to be getting a 15 FI Q and am building a new box for it. Its going in my 2001 grand cherokee. My question is what direction should I face the sub/port. My last setup was a 15 SX and I had the sub facing the roof with the port facing the back. It sounded really good but I was wondering if facing the sub back and port back would be better. Thanks.

OrionStang
Build two boxes. Keep the louder one. SMD Super Seller My Feedback Thread
icewall
usually sub up and port back is the safest design but if you want, build one with the sub and port on the same plane and make it so you could turn it and also try it sub and port facing up. gives you some options then. fecupe2001
Yep you have to try for yourself, i would go with sub up/port back, that way, you can move the box around and face sub back/port side, sub side/port back, etc etc etc until you find the sweet spot, my explorer is louder with sub side/port back when i use a single sub...
