incriminatoraudiodp18'' Posted June 5, 2011 Report Share Posted June 5, 2011 i hav a battery in tha front and back and fuses between both of them. is it necessary 2 hav a fuse from my battery in the back 2 my amp if its less then 2 feet? incriminator audio death penalty 18' dual 1.6 to be exact. hifonics brz2400.1 wired 2 .8 ohms. hifonics hfi 100.4 mids and highs. hifonics zeus 6.5 separates 11mm tweets. 3 300 amp fuses, 0 gauge wire. yellow top optima in front and back. alpine head unit. Also make sure you have the fuse on both sides of the wire going from front to back. From how you worded it, you do. You want a fuse from about 2-3 feet away from each positive terminal of the battery. This means you will have a fuse up in your engine and another in the back right near the battery. And i always recommend using a fuse between the amps and batteries. chrishova Posted June 6, 2011 Report Share Posted June 6, 2011 I found cheap ANL fuseholders at a little local electrical contractor store! I believe they were $20- $25, ANL fuses for like $5...
