Forevrbumpn Posted June 15, 2011 Report Share Posted June 15, 2011 Finally got some coils in to do recones on Kickers, RF, and Alpines. I have a little more than I can use right now. Or I'am also using these to do custom recones for subs. I'am asking for $30 each for the aluminum wire coils. I also have coming copper rounds for $20. These are all aluminum former, and made right here in the USA The coils are all 2.57" ID and about 2.73" - 2.735" OD The aluminum coils have copper solder tabs which make soldering them dummy proof. The Copper coils are 1.75"winding length D4 Aluminum D0.9 is 1.8" winding length Aluminum D1 is 2" winding length Im also using these coils for Type R recones, and Kicker L7, or whatever else fits these I have a ritual called "terminator". I crouch in the shower in the "naked terminator" pose. With eyes closed I crouch for a minute and visualize either Arnie or the guy from the 2nd movie. I then start to hum the T2 theme. Slowly I rise to a standing position and open my eyes. It helps me get through my day. The only problem is if the shower curtain sticks to my terminator leg. It sorta ruins the fantasy.
