nick23parker Posted June 15, 2011 Report Posted June 15, 2011 I have 2 Kicker CompVT 8 inch subwoofers (http://www.kicker.com/comp_vt) with a little Kenwood 2 channel amp putting about 60 watts per sub of power, time for a new amp right? So i am looking into gettting a Rockford Fosgate Amp from Audiosavings.com because they have some pretty good deals. But I don't know whether to get the 400 watt mono block or the 300 watt. The subs are RMS 200 and peak 400 and will be parallel wired. The 400 i am thinking is too much but in case i ever get bigger subs will be suitable still and the 300 is not much cheaper. Help Please! I think the 400 w will be good too and it lets you up grade subs or sub in the near future.

Curious are you talking about the P400.1? Yeah the P400.1, i wish i had more room but I'm not ready to give up that seat space and you can only put so much in a truck so im hoping i can push as much as i can out of it.
