We built two seperate boxes for my buddies 2000 xterra just for the fact that it's easier to move and work with a 2 12 ported box than a 4 12 ported box. and single chamber boxes have proven to be louder. hopefully you'll haev better luck with what im assuming are soundigitlas than any of the other guys. dohckiller808 Posted July 17, 2011 Author Report Share Posted July 17, 2011 this will be interesting on a single baffle but the top and bottom of the box is so tight the subs mounting to them, also there is a 2x2 brace between the subs along with the rods. i have no choice on the alt issue. no space what so ever. i got the same response when i ran a 11k amp on stock alt and no big 3 which i did fine on. im relying on battery bank which wont be up to par. ill have to watch my voltage. on the alt issue even if i had the space all i could do is charge batts faster on a multiple alt set up. yes. this is a very similar build to a fellow member here on the site but not as extreme. im not trying to copy him. im just playing the cards i was dealt and im not complaining on what i have to play with.
