If I moved anywhere, I would still need proof of residency for 6 months before I can take advantage of the awesome laws like NC, SC, and Texas have. Limo tint is legal in Texas lol. As far as I know, as long as the sideview mirrors are functional, I can murder out the windows in the back. All of Don's rear windows are painted black and has never had an issue with the police pulling him over. I just don't want to have it be dark as hell in the back with an extremely lighter shade up front. Might do 25 in the back and 40 up front, just to play it safe from the cops. Go too fast through a yield sign? Minimum of 3 cop cars surround you when you get pulled over. Run a yield sign too fast + being black? 5 cop cars and a K-9 unit surround you. Roommate got tinted at a certified VA tinting shop with 35%, cops pulled him over and pulled out the tester and registered it at 28% and gave him the fine regardless. He even showed them the receipt stating that it was 35%.
