If you have a bad ground it won't show up on the dash gauge because it wont be affecting the battery it will only affect the voltage at the amp. If you have a bad ground it won't show up on the dash gauge because it wont be affecting the battery it will only affect the voltage at the amp. x2...a bad ground will let the amp work, but not work well. I had a shitty ground in my friends car and his voltage was dropping horribly when it shouldn't have...moved the ground and it was much better. First System 2002 Impala LS 3.8L V6, 128,365k miles. Alternator: DC Power 190Amp H/O Alternator Headunit: Kenwood KDC-BT945U. Speakers: MBQuart 6.5" Comps, 6x9 3-way. Amplifer: Eclipse 3322 on front 6.5 components, and a Infinity Kappa One @ 2ohm- 800w Subwoofers: 2 REAudio SRX12D2 wired to 2 ohm. Box: 3.1cuft box tuned to 33hz. sealed off to cabin Big 3- done with all Knukonceptz KCA 0 gauge. Don't drop below 14.1v at full tilt.

Was driving around for awhile and the amp got warm/hot but not like it was so I hope that fixed it. I also notice the durangos voltage is idling around 13.8 Rest In Peace mother. But they are dvc 2 subs, not dvc 4's. So he can't wire each sub to 2 ohms, a single dvc 2 sub will represent a 4ohm load or a 1ohm load, then as a pair they will represent a 2ohm load or a .5ohm load. so far... But to ge honest I havnt heard very many "great" things about the prime series amps or subs so far...
