Louisiana Bass
Nope, single d2 ohm sub will have either 1 or 4 ohm final load. N8. No homo...unless you want there to be.
Supercharged DCs
how is the solo x 18s motor bigger than the 12? if its a different motor on the solo x 12 then technically its not a solo x... a lvl 5 10-12-15-18 all have the same motor, just a different basket and cone size... why would it be any different? honestly, i wont give my opinion on kicker, but the 18 will play all kinds of music... just depends on what you tune the box to Not all companies use the same motor structure for all sizes. I believe Kicker has different motors for the Solo-X 10(& 12) and the Solo-X 18. Bassless once again. DudeWith4x4
So my amp runs at 2ohm.. So I need a 4ohm sub.. But if I get another Zx1500.1 I'd need a 2ohm then.. -Ross Project Layla Truck: 99' F-150 Gathering things for my next build. You can always use your current amplifier, run it at 4ohm. And then once you get another, link each at 2ohm for a 4ohm final load. Bassless once again.
