Hello everyone!

It's wonderful to be a new member to this cool forum. I have a little situation here I am trying to figure out what my enclosure is tuned to, its a dual 12" enclosure. The dimensions of the box are 14.5"H x 30.5"W (29" if we subract a 3/4" lip on the sides) and the depth is 16" And the dimensions of the slot vent are 13"H and the port is L shape and the overall length is 18.75". The width is pretty odd, it is only one slot with a divider down the middle that separates the chambers it looks something like this | | | so the overall width is 2.5" but if we separate the chambers each measures 7/8" and the last 3/4" can be accounted for by the divider the slot has. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Ya, I dont really understand much, but I got around the same as ^^^. would help to on woofer displacement which would bring tuning up.

I'll admit, half way through sanding that fiberglass in the rain and cold while I was all itchy I was definitely starting to question why i was doing this haha

Thanks guys its much appreciated so I should be fine with my SSF at 35hz??

You need to figure in sub displacement to get the exact final tuning, then stay 4-5hz below that for the SSF.

some people use different formulas, but this is a commonly used one

sub displacements would barely change the tuning, and given that his are shallow mounts it might change a couple tenths at most, if that even
