Hey, I have a 1993 Mazda B3000 with the 3.0l v6. I want more power. Should I either get upgrades for the stock engine or do a complet engine swap?

Get a donor car like a 5.0 mustang and put that into it. I helped a friend do a 5.0 swap into a mid 90's Ranger years ago and it was crazy fast when he was done.

2003 Ford F-150 Reg Cab layin body on 26's

2003 Tahoe 3/5 drop on 26's with a 408cid Supercharged engine.

2011 Camaro 2SS 2005 VW GTI Stage II ECU, CAI, 3" turbo back exhaust, FMIC, lowered 2" on some plastidipped 18's

2003 Hayabusa lowered, stretched, cams, nitrous and custom paint

That's what I've been thinking of doing. That way I am open to more upgrade down the line. Because I've heard the the 3.0 doesn't have many. I just want to get more input

Problem is to do something like this the person has to have an understanding of what they're actually doing. By the sounds of it, the OP is not ready to handle something like this. Just my .02

That's why it would be a summer project with my uncle, who does thing like this all the time. Any vehicle he has owned he has built.

It's not pretty much... it IS a ford ranger just with a few badge changes. Every part I have removed says ford on it.

P.S. The problem might have been solved. I might be getting my hands on a S10 with a 350 in it already and in running condition.
