USMCfosho
there are zero laws that say you can not wall your vehicle off. whoever told you that is full of shit. There is a law against it where I'm from in Ohio. My old man is a police officer. no theres not. your old man may think there is but there isnt. and just because he's a leo doesnt mean he knows everything. I know for a fact that you can wall off a truck, van, etc. because they are designed in a way that stuff can be placed in front of the windows. Cars are not. My cousin's friend got a ticket for having a wall. Obstructing his view and he tried to fight it and lost. But it's whatever. n8ball2013
he was then improperly ticketed. what makes a car different from a truck? What do you call a pt cruiser or an hhr that has the delivery parcel shelves in it? Its not a van its sold and insured as a car. you seem to miss the point. brennan88
I read on a jeep forum, a guy from kokomo, less than 2 hours from, asked that because he wanted to remove his door. And another guy posted a clip of the law. It said any motor vehicle constructed, or loaded on any way to obstruct the rear view from the drivers seat, must have a clear view of 200ft or more behind the vehicle. And side view mirrors do that. Now that's a state law. County laws can be different and more strict. So I still need to find out my local laws. I've never been pulled over for loud music, even driving passed cops, and I dint use my rear view mirror much now now anyways, keeps falling off, lol. I know when ive been pulled over most almost shit their pants when they look behind my seat, and then check to see if i still have all the safety stuff. Ohio laws say that you HAVE to have the rearview, if your buddy didnt, he got fucked.. maybe its separate for each city, but i know columbus isnt like where you are, for sure.
